- 1 egg yolk (for brushing)

- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
- Add egg, butter, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until you get a soft dough.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour (until doubled in size).
- Divide dough into small balls and place on a baking tray.
- Let them rest for 15–20 minutes.
- Brush with egg yolk and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden.
